We deliver our machines to any part of the country. Whether you are in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, or in more remote areas, our logistics team ensures your equipment reaches you in perfect condition.

📦 Shipping Methods & Timelines

Nairobi & Environs: Same-day or next-day delivery for most in-stock items.
Countrywide (Outside Nairobi): Delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours. We use trusted internal logistics and reputable courier partners experienced in handling fragile and heavy machinery.
International Shipping: For customers across East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan), please contact our sales team for a custom shipping quote and export documentation assistance.

🛠️ Professional Installation & Commissioning

Unlike standard retail shops, we don’t just “drop and go.”

Expert Setup: For Water Stations and Milk/Salad ATMs, our technical team provides professional installation to ensure your system is calibrated correctly.
Commissioning: We stay to test the machine and “commission” it, ensuring it is generating income or purifying water before we leave.
Staff Training: Upon delivery, we provide basic training for you or your operators on how to use the GSM/PLC systems and perform daily maintenance.

💰 Shipping Costs

Standard Parts: Small spare parts carry a nominal courier fee.
Major Equipment: Delivery costs for ATMs and Water Systems are calculated based on the distance from our Nairobi showroom.
Installation Fees: Please check your quote to see if installation is included (most of our complete systems include a service package).

Customers are welcome to visit us to inspect machines or collect their orders directly from our main hub:
