    We deliver across Kenya. For customers outside Kenya, international shipping may be arranged upon request and subject to additional terms, costs, and documentation.

  3. Delivery Timelines
    Delivery timelines vary based on product type, availability, location, and logistics arrangements. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Tassmatt Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Delivery Charges
    Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on product size, weight, delivery location, and installation requirements. Delivery fees are communicated before order confirmation and must be approved by the customer.

  5. Installation Services
    Some products require professional installation. Where installation is included or requested, installation timelines will be agreed separately. Customers are responsible for preparing the site, power supply, and water connections before installation.

  6. Inspection Upon Delivery
    Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

  7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
    If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the customer, or site unpreparedness, additional delivery or storage charges may apply.

  8. Risk and Ownership
    Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer after full payment has been received.

  9. International Shipping
    For export orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and compliance with destination country regulations unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tassmatt Limited can assist with export arrangements where requested.

  10. Changes and Cancellations
    Requests to change delivery details must be made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. Order cancellations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
