6. Orders and Acceptance

8. Delivery and Installation

   Where installation services are included or requested, installation timelines will be agreed upon separately. Customers must ensure site readiness before installation.

9. Inspection on Delivery
   You are required to inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this period may affect your eligibility for a replacement or claim.

10. Returns and Refunds
    Due to the nature of industrial and food processing equipment, returns are only accepted if:
    • The product is defective on delivery
    • The wrong product was supplied
    • The product has not been installed, used, or altered

Requests for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Installation fees, transport costs, and used equipment are non refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Warranty
    Products sold by Tassmatt Limited carry a limited warranty as specified for each product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power issues, poor maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty terms are provided with the product documentation.
